The Aboriginals have practiced the art of deep meditation for almost 50,000 years. They used vibrational sound which helped them to reach higher dimensions of reality; dimensions which are unheard and untouched of in the normal waking state, but could be only accessed through practice of deep meditation techniques.
Deep meditation helps us to focus well, and keeps mental distractions at bay, which helps us to attain the state of nirvana. It also helps to achieve higher levels of concentration, relaxation and relief from stress. Experts recommend meditating for at least 10 to 20 minutes a day for relaxing the mind and body.
