Wine can not only help avoid diabetes but also improve your sex drive and help avoid any midnight hunger. Regular consumption has also proven to help lose weight.

According to a study by Harvard; this was conducted for a span of 13 years. Among a group of 20,000 women, those who drank half a bottle of wine a day were less likely to counter obesity. The trick here, like many other foods is moderation. A glass or two before bedtime can help restrain from unnecessary snacking of chocolates, ice cream and other high calorie foods at night.
